Ingeniero Jorge Juan Foundation will celebrate the 6th Edition of the Madrid LNG & SHIPPING Forum on May 25th – 26th 2017.
The event whose Chairman will be Mr. Claudio Rodríguez Suárez, Gas Assets General Manager of ENAGAS Transport SAU, has a recognized international prestige, and will host hundreds of delegates of the main energy companies related to the LNG & Shipping sector.The Madrid LNG & SHIPPING Forum will be developed during these two days on the 42nd floor of the Torre Espacio Building, 70m above the Spanish capital, from where you will be able to see the whole Madrid, while enjoy yourself with a delightfull cuisine exchanging opinions with International experts from all over the world representing the leading companies in the LNG/SHIPPING sector.During the morning of the 25th, topics related to the markets and current trends of the LNG/SHIPPING sector, including the impact of the Panama Canal’s expansion, will be addressed, as well as issues such as trading and new challenges in this area or the collateral forms of using this fuel.

Andrew Cliffton, CEO of SIGTTO will speak us about new developments in LNG management and training, and assistants will be able to see virtually the development of complicated LNG vessel maneuvers, as well as the degree of training required to perform them.

On May 26th, after chairman’s opening remarks, all delegates will have the chance to listen live to the leaders of the most leading companies in each of the topics to be addressed, developing three interesting Leaders’ panels that will face them with their competitors in a face to face on: New trends and technologies in the use of fuels, LNG Hub and current paradigm, fuels vs environment. In this last panel, we will give real figures get from the studies developed by Think Step, in order to put in value those factors that really take care of our environment and to demystify socially established beliefs about low emissions.
